Throughout the project, I pushed myself to think critically about user needs and design with intention. I learned how to take feedback constructively, iterate quickly, and collaborate closely with both developers and other designers. It was a great challenge that helped me grow my design skills, strengthen my eye for detail, and build more confidence in my creative process.
At Redvest, my goal was to redesign the website and improve the overall user experience across both web and mobile. I started by taking a deep dive into the existing product to understand where users might be getting stuck or losing interest. From there, I focused on building a cleaner, more intuitive website layout that better reflected the brand’s personality and made navigation feel effortless.
On the mobile side, I designed new pages including the stock info preview, leaderboard, and account screens. I wanted each screen to feel simple yet engaging, with a layout that made it easy for users to find what they needed without feeling overwhelmed. Throughout the process, I paid close attention to visual consistency, making sure elements like spacing, color, and typography worked together to create a cohesive experience.
Feedback played a big role in shaping my designs. I regularly checked in with the team, asked questions, and made sure I understood the “why” behind each piece of feedback. That helped me not only improve my designs, but also grow as a designer. This project taught me a lot about balancing creativity with usability, and I’m proud of the work I created and the impact it had on the product.
